October 25, 2024I was looking for the Nico sideboard to house my record collection, but I had a LOT of questions - what were the interior cabinet dimensions? What was the shelf support mechanism? Peter at Terra Nova graciously answered all of my questions and went above & beyond to send me photos and talk the process through with me. Plus, their pricing is fair and even though I could have gotten it elsewhere for a few hundred bucks less, I wanted my money to support this business due to their excellent customer service. Alejandro was also instrumental in helping us connect with the shipper to ensure a smooth delivery. The piece arrived and it’s gorgeous and very well-made! We had to delay delivery due to moving from Idaho to New Mexico. The delivery men work for them exclusively and wete extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company!

Peter was very accommodating and took us to see the table we eventually bought in the showroom, answered all our questions, and suggested other furniture to complete the dining area we're building out. The price was excellent and delivery was handled professionally and on-time. The table is sturdy and beautiful and is the perfect cornerstone for our dining area.
