Plus, their pricing is fair and even though I could have gotten it elsewhere for a few hundred bucks less, I wanted my money to support this business due to their excellent customer service. Alejandro was also instrumental in helping us connect with the shipper to ensure a smooth delivery. The piece arrived and it’s gorgeous and very well-made! Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing for the quality you receive: Shopping for furniture during "these times" can be nerve-racking... read more with delivery delays, inconsistent delivery commitments (esp when you deal with big brands) and poor craftsmanship. *NOT SO* with Terra Nova designs (TND). I looked all over for the perfect dining table and when I found what I thought would be "the one" at TND, they were so helpful to help answer questions before I committed my credit card. The table was in stock and delivered in due time (less than 1 month) by their delivery service, who was also professional, courteous, and very easy to communicate with. Oh, and the table is BEAUTIFUL! I'm back on their website looking for a side table to go with the beautiful piece I ordered through them.
